🌸 Are you looking for a beautiful, ready-to-move-in room in one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Warsaw? Do you value cleanliness, peace and quiet, and a great commute to university? This ad is for you! I am renting out a charming room in a 4-room apartment intended exclusively for girls (students or young working professionals). The apartment is located in a quiet, low-rise building at Afrykańska 1 Street in the iconic Saska Kępa district.

🛏️ About the room (Your new sanctuary) This room is incredibly cozy and perfectly organized. The combination of white furniture, gray accents, and a classic wooden herringbone parquet floor creates a modern yet very warm atmosphere. A delicate painting with a pink floral motif above the bed adds to its charm. Room furnishings: A comfortable bed with an elegant, gray upholstered headboard. A spacious, two-door white wardrobe with an additional large drawer at the bottom. A white desk with drawers and a modern, comfortable chair – a perfectly lit spot for studying or working by the window. A large mirror on the wall next to the desk, which visually enlarges and brightens the space. Window blinds to ensure privacy and a good night's sleep.

🍳 About the apartment (common areas) The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped: Kitchen: Modern, with light-colored cabinetry and an elegant gray backsplash. Equipped with everything you need: a stovetop, a large silver refrigerator (Whirlpool), a microwave, a kettle, and a sink. Bathroom: Clean, lined with white tiles. You will find a bathtub with a shower curtain, a toilet, a sink, and a washing machine. The real highlight is a huge mirror with built-in LED lighting – perfect for doing makeup! Additional glass shelves are great for cosmetics. Hallway: Spacious, with an extra refrigerator, clothes drying racks, a shoe cabinet, and coat hangers.

 📍 Location – why is Saska Kępa the perfect choice? Address: ul. Afrykańska 1. Saska Kępa is a legendary neighborhood. It is incredibly green, safe, and has a unique, artistic vibe. Shops at your fingertips: In the immediate vicinity of the building, you will find local convenience stores, a Biedronka, and a Żabka. You can do your shopping in minutes, practically in your slippers. Cafes and restaurants: Just a short walk separates you from the famous Francuska Street, bustling with social life. You'll find dozens of great restaurants, charming cafes, and artisan bakeries there. It's also close to the Vistula River for summer walks. Public transport (Stops: Afrykańska / Saska / Wał Miedzeszyński): This is a fantastic transit hub. The proximity of the Łazienkowska Route guarantees an express commute to the left bank of the Vistula (buses run every few minutes).

The other flatmates are nice girls who respect each other's privacy but are also happy to chat over morning coffee. It is a non-smoking apartment and we all take care of the common areas.

House rules
No smoking, no pets, and no overnight guests allowed.
This is not a hotel but a long-term rental; if you stay between 1 and 14 days in a month, you pay half the monthly rent; for stays between 1 and 31 days, you pay the full rent—regardless of the check-in and check-out dates.
A room cleaning fee of 200 PLN is charged at the end of the rental period.
