The room is located in a 4-room apartment building. The layout ensures comfort and privacy for all residents. Residents have access to a bathroom and kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and all kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.) for convenient meal preparation.

Each room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious wardrobe, a table and chair, and a window blind. The rooms are very cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Each room is individually locked.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, mop, brushes, etc.

Residents have access to 600Mbps broadband internet – the fastest option available on the market.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a 4-story building. Opposite the building is a large square with plenty of greenery. The area is exceptionally quiet and peaceful.

House rules
No smoking, no pets, and no overnight guests allowed.
This is not a hotel but a long-term rental; if you stay between 1 and 14 days in a month, you pay half the monthly rent; for stays between 1 and 31 days, you pay the full rent—regardless of the check-in and check-out dates.
A room cleaning fee of 200 PLN is charged at the end of the rental period.
