To ensure the comfort of all residents, there are clear rules in the house:

* **Tidiness and order:** The tenant is obliged to observe quiet hours, keep their own room tidy, and maintain order in the shared spaces. In particular, it is required to clean the kitchen immediately after preparing and eating meals, as well as cleaning up after using the bathroom.
* **Strict no smoking policy.**
* **No pets allowed.**
* **Guests:** Guests may visit tenants between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, provided their presence does not disturb other tenants. The person who invited the guests is fully responsible for any damage caused by them.

**💰 Fees and rental terms:**
This is a long-term rental, not a hotel. Rent is settled in a monthly or half-monthly cycle (not per night):

* If you rent the room for a period of 16 to 31 days in a given month, you pay the full monthly rent.
* If you rent the room for a period of 1 to 15 days, you pay half of the monthly rent.
